Tonsilectomy

This morning, Laurel and I went up to Primary Childrens Hospital to have Laurel's tonsils and adnoids removed. It was quite the ordeal. Laurel did really well and doesn't remember much of it, thanks to her medicine, Versed. The reason for the surgery is because she would get "seeds" or kernals often in her mouth that formed in her tonsils. They smelled bad and caused her to have bad breath.

Laurel really wanted to go into the opperating room on a bed on wheels.

Lucy and her family came to visit and brought her some fun art supplies.

Now the tonsils are gone, so should the seeds!
